Return Process

  Log into your Zmart account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, then fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
